Seen it, read about it from owners on a few forums, I think there is a good review of it on another radio forum.
I love tube based stuff. Boy do I remember those early lessons in tube engineering. I was thankful that the university I attended and the class started the courses with tube based designs before all the solid state stuff.
Prior to all that, in the childhood years, pretty much all of my experiments and things were tube based, though there was some solid state stuff lying around.
These days I prefer the solid state designs as they are a bit more efficient, no tube degradation over time and use far less energy to run, and easier to obtain replacement parts at less expense.
But nothing can beat the glory of seeing the glow of filaments in the dark!

As RFB mentioned, rumor on the Part 15 street
is that people like the MW-250. But I don't know
any more than that.
It is pricey. I think it's in the $200 to $300 dollar
range??? I think this is a fair price, though, because
building a tube rig is not easy for the company that
makes it. It is expensive to gather up all of those parts.
Such as, the power transformer, the tubes, tube sockets,
and then having to make the holes in the metal enclosure. To
me, this is not simple.
I definitely would buy one if I had the funds.
