This site has a system whereby podcast creators can use music from artists. If you apply the license liberally enough, you could assume that playing on your station is equivalent to incorporating into a podcast.
The cool thing about it is that it allows the podcast creator to notify the artist that the music has been used.
There are many high-quality artists with music loaded into the Podsafe Music Network web site.
