i have up for sale one motorola saber vehicle adapter (SVA) with standard microphone, display microphone, power cables and amplified external speaker. also included in this lot is one motorola rapid charger w/power cord and a saber II vhf with antenna but no battery programmed on MURS channels 4 & 5. please note: saber radios will not work in the sva without a saber battery acting as a ballast. you need a saber battery for the saber to function in the sva. also sabers are not narrowband capable meaning they are legal only on MURS 4&5 (VHF) and Ham Bands and GMRS (UHF). everything is fully functioning but the casing on the SVA came apart in storage which can be glued back together and in no way impedes the functionality of the SVA or Radio. the SVA is band independant. the frequency band is determined by what band radio is inserted in the SVA either VHF or UHF.
