Thanks KC8GPD for the info. Fun reading and pondering on how 100 Watts was only expected to go 3-5 miles in the area. Must be really high hills making the station being located in a valley. Interesting stuff however.

3-5 miles is a "City Grade" signal or 70 dBuV.
