Hi All,

I have started an internet radio station and I am building a website for it that I very serious about.

I would like to turn it into a network if possible, and I need reporters, anchors, and show talent.

Have a program or show you are working on? I'll air it.

The site is http://thevalleyhitmusic.com, but the domain name will change soon to nextgen.fm

Also looking for some voice talent to do liners and such.

So please send me an email [email protected] if you would like to apply.

Thank you!!

Hello The Valley

I am right now hearing NEXTGEN.FM and the quality is clear. The website looks strong and polished.

On this (part15) website, of course, you will find people interested in radio, but you might also go "head-hunting" for retired career radio types. Many big cities have memory sites about "the good old days" and "what is the DJ doing now." Those sites usually belong to very dedicated broadcasters.

I was suprized that not too many part15ers warmed up to the idea of sharing/swapping live streaming shows. So many of us have super sounding stations with great content. I will throw mine out ther for prearranged use of an hour of oldies rock and roll. It gives us a chance to hear what others are doing and to improve our sound.
I did this back in the 60's and 70's when we had to use wired phonelines,it was the greatest fun i ever had....

Feel free to take any of my programs,
though they don't necessarily match your format.

I always worry about the problem of copyright management, in the case of streaming stations, who need license whenever particular music is involved. Yes, there are free music sources, but unless a program producer describes what is being offered, it's too complicated to think about.

I often forget there are many mindsets out here,so I will redescribe my intent. I do not want you to restream me in public domain in the traditional sense, rather use a private stream or other means to share our shows on part15 RADIO. I thought that was the definitive end,to transmit over the air,not to stream it. I dont sweat the copyrights when streaming in private or transmitting part15.
We could share via streaming, file transfer,cd/dvd exchange or whatever. Just still suprized there is nobody doing this.

If you're from Indiana, I produce an Indiana Football Show each week from mid-August through Thanksgiving week.

You can download a low-bandwidth stream from my site: www.crosscomsports.com.
