From Nobel & Pulitzer Prize winning novelist Toni Morrison:
"Anger ... it's a paralyzing emotion ... you can't get anything done. People sort of think it's an interesting, passionate, and igniting feeling —- I don't think it's any of that —- it's helpless ... it's absence of control —- and I need all of my skills, all of the control, all of my powers ... and anger doesn't provide any of that..."
Who wouldn't be having to fall under crooked practices which allows certain few to get away with things, and others not.
BTW..who's angry?
Who is to say the same practices don't take place up there eh?
How can one tell if evidence to suggest otherwise is missing..or not even searched for to discover it is missing?
Being observant and outspoken is not necessarily sprouted from anger.
More like awareness, and unafraid to say something about something fishy.
To just accept what is and not strive to change it is the first step to giving up having a choice.
Had that been the prospective of early mankind, I doubt we would be having this conversation here, in this form at all..much less openly in public or private..or worse..not even existing.

I just rolled through the posted enforcements for 2012, which are updated through August by way of the DIY website...
Of many, many FM actions, there were only two AM actions, both in California and both for the same problem.
NOUOs were issued for excessive power levels combined with excessive ground leads, from high altitude installations.
Turning to the question of anger, I think anger can be frustrating for a rational person because he wouldn't want to risk criminal charges for taking hostile action. But with reflection there are sometimes remedies that can be pursued in a calm way.
The most debilitating emotion, I would say, is fear.
Anger is more likely to occur in a forum exchange, and fear can follow if one thinks maybe they'll be charged with hate speech or defamation of character.
My media consultant calls it "chatter trap".
