i am also looking for lpb tech notes, whitepapers and manuals.
i will be happy to accept donations of these and i will scan them to pdf and put them in a freely accessible online library.
what a certain individual is doing over at another forum with his collection of lpb docs with watermarking and limiting access based on forum participation forum tos/aup violations etc. is sickening.
i want to get and scan my own collection of lpb documents and make them freely accessible to anyone who needs them or would like them.
if anyone has contact info to the current holder of lpb copyrights please pass along that info as well.
i am sure the copyright holder for lpb would not be happy about what this guy at the other forum is doing with water marking and limiting access etc.
and what is funny is this individual has lectured me in the past about copyright infringement.
There is plenty of missing LPB documentation since that company so mysteriously disappeared. I think kc8gpd's effort to make it available is very worthwhile.
After reading what you said about the other individual posting LPB documents but limiting access to them, I thought this seemed very contradictory.
If material is posted, the reason would be to make it available.
But to post and then make it unavailable seems slightly crazy.
But then I thought about the other individual watermarking documents that are copyright LPB, and this sounds like copyright theft.
Somebody, somewhere, may currently hold all LPB copyrights.
