That is because he was overcome by his own absurd comment.

Reply 10 is from MrBruce and has no known link to your claim, Rich.

Nor did you know that MrBruce was planning to write # 10 back when YOU implied that InfoSpot might violate a rule.

Answer for yourself.

Reply 10 is responsive to the issue - there was/is no need to repeat that information.

There is no Reply #10 by Rich.

An elevated install can be legal if there is no ground wire attached (such as Tim's in Bovey).  But in any event, it's up to an FCC inspector to determine legality, and not Rich.

Taking credit for #10 violates Part15(dot)us Rule # 3 "Please post only your own work."

Also, in # 19 Rich says, "Reply 10 is responsive to the issue"

This cannot be true since no issue was previously stated.

Isn't this the same Rich who would debate Mr Bruce's claim because it is not verifiable?

Mr Blare wrote:  Taking credit for #10 violates Part15(dot)us Rule # 3 "Please post only your own work."

I didn't post anyone else's work or words.  Without quoting its content, I referred to an earlier reply in this thread having the correct response -- which apparently some readers didn't comprehend (or didn't remember).  Stating here that such is plagiarism is ridiculous and malicious.

Also, in # 19 Rich says, "Reply 10 is responsive to the issue."  This cannot be true since no issue was previously stated.

The "issue" which Mr Blare claims he can't identify was/is the possibility of non-compliance with Part 15 by transmit systems certified as compliant with Part 15 -- and the prodding posted in replies 9, 13 and 15 of Mr Blare (KDX), plus replies 14 and 16 of Mr Mouw (wdcx).

While this exchange here between Blare, Mouw and me has been defined by some as "bickering," it does add technical content as well as reveal more of the true nature and capabilities of its participants.

I totally agree, and have posted so many times.

My "Part 15 posts" are intended for those who don't have the technical background and experience with transmit systems to reasonably predict whether or not a proposed/installed system will pass an FCC field inspection.

People are free to accept or reject them, as they see fit.

My title doesn't refer to Rich. Rich and I are members of the adult world. I am thinking about "Archie" the fraud who is so troubled by what he calls "bickering" that he went into disguise and pretended to be a peacemaker.

That "Archie" has a child's mind is conspicuous, and there are signs he was coached in hacking together his fake script.

Here in reality intelligent grown ups sometimes disagree with each other, it's really very normal and is what forums are all about. It's called human dialog.

I am mentioning it in this thread because Rich made reference to "bickering" and I am covering the subject as well. Now on to my gripe with Rich at this time.

I am defensive about unfavorable suggestions made toward manufacturers and suppliers of part 15 equipment, which are few, facing a diminished market.

I consider hints, innuendos, inferences and suggestions that these vendors are "violating small rules" to be outright attacks on those vendors placing the hobby in imminent danger of harm. It is not politically astute to speak badly of the suppliers, especially with no more than guesses...

Post #3 "may not be compliant", Post # 23 "the issue is the possibility of noncompliance"...

These unflattering aspersions cast on part 15 equipment are unacceptable and worthy of a serious disapproval.

The Part 15 sky is not falling despite those who want to claim such, and attack others who actually support compliance with Part 15.

In Druid Hill's inquiry Post # 25 he quotes from Rich's snide trashing of our "true natures and capabilities"

"...reveal more of the true nature and capabilities of its participants..."

Comments like that continue to annoy for a long time after they're made.

If this website wants more of a fairyland happy-vacation-station members all dancing together, then Rich is going to have to have a baffle wrapped tightly across his mouth.

Referring to my post #10

Clearly if a company owner that makes and sells part 15 AM transmitters installs his part 15 AM transmitters in a fashion that is illegal, by delibrately attaching a 12 awg copper cable to their RANGEMASTER AM broadcast product's antenna ground to EARTH GROUND on a client's supposed LEGAL part 15 AM station, he is putting that person at risk for an NOUO.

The owner's of these AM part 15 stations were taught to be DISC JOCKYS, NOT ENGINEERS.

This is why at the advice and recommendation of Mr BD of HB they hired Mr. Joe Pelham to install them.

I bare witness to the installations and don't care what lies others tell to cover their asses.

If I had an automobile I would drive to Jewett City Connecticut and photograph the RANGEMASTERS and HOW THEY ARE INSTALLED, clearly the station owner told me he did not do the install, so he does not understand nor believes me when I said your transmitters are EARTH GROUNDED and are perched attop a 3 story building with a GROUND WIRE GOING TO EARTH GROUND which is illegal. We're looking at perhaps that RANGEMASTER being 25 maybe 30 feet above the Earth. He was told not to listen to me because I am guilty of operating a high powered PIRATE radio station and I am not to be trusted because I am a blantant law braking pirate!!

This station's other two AM transmitters are installed at two local businesses, one being an auto parts store in the town of Griswold Connecticut, this install is on top of the business, which is roughly two stories high and has a 10 foot pipe attached to the upper side of the building near the roof level, towering about 8 feet above the roof line! There is a clearly visble copper wire attached to the ground side of the RANGEMASTER that travels down to a copper ground rod driven into the EARTH.

In Norwich Connecticut, there is a part 15 AM radio station, which uses a 60 foot pole with a RANGEMASTER antenna atop of it, the RANGEMASTER is grounded to EARTH GROUND via the 60 foot mast pipe.

You do the math folks.

At both part 15 AM radio station web sites HB is mentioned on the station's main page as being the BEST resource for LEGAL part 15 AM radio broadcasting knowledge.

There now, I spoke English for all to understand, it's the truth and I'm sticking to it, the truth is in the way those stations were hooked up by someone who should KNOW BETTER.

But than again, it's the station owners who get screwed, not the jamoke who installed the NON-COMPLIANT transmitters.

Furthermore, is anyone shutting them down and harrassing them like they did to me? Hell no and you know why.

Answered in 4 letters: AM & HB

Bruce.

There are some who think the transmitter manufacturers should get screwed too.
