" Hobbyists will most often use a Part 15 complaint radio transmitters with a intentional radiator (i.e., antenna) since these self-contained transmitters simplifying installation and operation. "
Did you catch it?
It made me smile, and then I realized how accurate it was, and it made me laugh.
It's an unintentional wit while talking about an intentional radiator.
I'm going to shoot them an email to correct it, but really, it is an appropriate expression!
Is that what they call a Freudian slip?
Ahh! "complaint" 😉
Heh-heh ... I didn't see it at first. The sentence structure is goofed up, too. Yeah, sometimes I need a poofreader for my front page as well ... else I get poofed.
These type of transmitters are very difficult to listen to for long periods of time due to the whine and rough language (&*%#$@!). Obviously, these talk stations are not progressive and promote a negative agenda. It would be believable that listeners would be prone to calling and giving the station a piece of their mind. These particular devices will not transmit compliments or "thank you's". I can imagine the headline on the web site, "Start your own radio station where you can pitch and bitch to your hearts content; the all new for 2011, Part 15 COMPLAINT radio transmitters"
Seriously, folks need to proof read their articles and contributions online. I'm just sayin'...
I never did get around to emailing them.. I was going to, but evidently I guess I never joined and couldn't post. By the time my membership got accepted, it had already been corrected. The word must have gone through the grapevine.
It is now Part15 compliant radio.
