I have cleared cache. It appears the same on two different browsers. Usin IE11 and Google Chrome.
I had the same problem with the "Regulations/Law" forum showing new and updated posts. Although, even after re-reading every single posts listed for that topic it still indicated new posts.
I also tried two different browsers and cleared the cache of each.
While trying to locate one of the threads regarding the Big Talker I "tracked" through Carl's posts. There I found threads indicated as new and/or updated. After I read them the errant indication under "Regulations/Law" disappeared.
Carl must be using stealth technology to cover his tracks.
MRAM's conspiracy theory: "Carl must be using stealth technology to cover his tracks."
If so, it is so stealthybthat even I don't know about it.
