Acquired earlier this year. Low hours.

Looks OK, but has some issues - I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it, it powers up (as indicated by LED) but TRANSMITTING CIRCUIT IS NO LONGER WORKING. Good audio when it was operating. Range was OK.

Tried to trace down the problem, but haven't had any luck. Could be an easy fix for someone in the know.

I made a custom box for the audio connection and power supply, which I will include. Has the PLL switchable frequency module, but also includes crystals for 1600 and 1700 khz if you prefer to go that way.

Taking offers on it... Will include free shipping (US ONLY). Hit me up if you're interested: [email protected]. PayPal is good, or I can take a CC over the phone.

It's going up on Ebay on October 1st, so if you want it, now's the time.

MM

It is not likely that the final(s) went.

If you're using the plug-in unit to control the frequency, it can cause the transmitter oscillator to cease working. Make sure the unit is firmly in the sockets and the transmitter is producing an RF signal. If not, re-install the plug-in unit or put a crystal back in the slot. Also, make sure you actually have DC at the measurement points near the output tuning. Finally make sure all the appropriate jumpers are in the proper positions.
