Google News was alive with ham radio coverage this morning, probably more news items about Ham radio than I've seen in the last two years.
Now that the big, bad Morse Code requirement has been off the table for a while, interest might pick up. A few disasters like floods in the mid-west and fires in Califiornia, the price of gas keeping folks at home and the cool hand helds coming out, perhaps Ham radio could get a bounce!
