Just bringing this news to the surface, as it's buried under a different thread title, which doesn't actually indicate the subject, and want to be sure you are all aware of it..
In short, Buzz Burbank News and Comment is free-to-air for part 15 radio, as an email from him confirms:
"..I’m pleased to hear you, and perhaps others, are interested in carrying my news on Part 15 stations, and permission is hereby granted with one condition:That the show be aired as presented, complete with commercials, promos and stagers.I would appreciate it VERY much, if you could supply me with the location and call letters of your station, and/or any others in your group that are airing, or planning to air, the show.We reserve the right to withdraw permission at any point, but do not anticipate such an event.Thank you for the kind words and good luck!-Buzz"
