In the early 1970s I taught courses intended for maintenance personnel from industry. The text was NAVPERS Volume 1. This book was a very good text and reference for the students and the linked material appears to be similar. Perhaps it is a revamped NAVPERS.
In any case the linked material seems to be a good reference for electricity and electronics.
