It is an older model (it has the then optional tuning module that glows green when you hit 100 mw input to the final stage), but still works great.  It also has the frequency agile module, so you can set its output to any channel that is supported.  The grey weatherproof enclosure has some writing on it (it was like that when I got it).  I'm not supplying the whip (too hard to ship) but it does have mast mount hardware and the studio audio/power interface (you supply all cables and the power supply - it needs a regulated 12 volts).

I'm asking $300 plus shipping ($25 to the U.S., $20 to Canada).  I take Paypal if you pay the fees (3%) - that allows you to pay via credit card.  Otherwise, a US Postal International (cashable in Canada) or Canadian money order (or, if you're in Canada, a cheque drawn on a Canadian bank, as long as you don't mind waiting a few weeks for it to clear) would be fine.

Considering that this transmitter just won the Transmitter Shootout (in another thread), this is a great buy (particularly if you look at new pricing).
