Some guy in North Dakota picked a station that did not have iBah HD side carriers.
By means of exceptional skill, the guy put an iBah HD-2 side carrier right smack next to that station and went into business.
By the time anybody figured out what was going on, the guy had fled to some off shore location with his well earned loot.
Moral of the story - time your score so that discovery comes much later in the game.
This has been a fictional true story.
