William Nix is a one-man disaster.

Collecting stolen towers and not being a part 15 broadcaster makes no sense.

Mr.Nix heard that elevating an ungrounded Part 15 transmitter would yield remarkable increases in area coverage.

As such, he obviously is planning a wide area network of ungrounded Part 15 AM stations using his unlawfully obtained tower sites.
