@Thelegacy....nice to hear that I have been talked about at the New Radio Revolution for more than a year! I must have had some good ideas. But even though I am all for more power and I hope you can get that petition to the FCC or congress before the election, I can't really be much help as like I said before, I am in Canada and US polititions don't care what someone in another country thinks but I'm sure that most people in this hobby wishes there could be less restriction and you should have a lot of supporters. Since I don't live and vote in the US I can only hope you can get some change. Now, during an election year, is the time to approach your congress member.

Mark you have given me an idea.
If things go well I may end up personally knowing a congress woman.
It all started earlier this week when I was down at the public sidewalk trimming hedges, looked up and saw a smiling woman standing there waiting to talk to me.
She introduced herself as running for Congress and handed me a placard suitable for hanging on the door-knob.
I was wondering why she seemed so fresh for such a hot day.
After she walked away I recognized her name on the placard, she is already a big-shot in local politics. I'm sure she'll remember the friendly man in the bushes.
One day I may pose radio to her.
Carl, That is the person to talk to about part 15 radio....she wants votes and now's the time when your polititions will listen to you.
The FCC doesn't pass laws and the Chairman is appointed not elected.
Congress ultimately passes laws that the FCC enforces so keep in mind and Thelegacy also.....grab your member of congress and talk to them!!
Carl, don't wait to long....that's who the petition should go to!
