I've always been slightly amused by this song.  I thought I'd share.

Be aware, at best it's rated PG-13.  Although it DID air on TV exactly as presented here.

Thanks Tim, I just got my first performance of the FCC Song and wonder what life experiences on the part of the song writer may have contributed to the lyrics.

It's very much an insider's song, I wonder how much the average public would get out of it?

Got to play that one on air.  Yup maybe when I get on AM I'll do that as one of the first songs I play lol.  I bet some will laugh at it.  Many Radio hobbyists will I am sure.

Probably due to people putting in complaints about Family Guy's content, the show always tries to push up against the real or rules of protocol to see what they can get away with.

That has a low view count for a FG video, maybe a lot of people don't know. I remember discussing my station at a friend's party, just sitting out on the lawn chairs. I was going on about my coverage, which is something everyone wants to know about. Someone said I should watch out for the FCC, and someone else said "FCC, what's that?''

I have to think many people don't have a clue or don't care, as long as their radios and phones work. I think I explained radio police, and about the logo seen on the back of electronics items and on light bulbs and things. Oh.

I wonder if things are good that they are seen as just some kind of functional agency that deals with internal workings that people don't need to know about, or if it would be better if everything was out on the table about just what the FCC is and what they do.
