Does anyone out there have any technical info for a DBX-118?  These are circa 1980.

I have two of these, my friend has 3.  I've been keeping them running for a few years now.

I managed to find a schematic for the motherboard.  The plug-in modules, however, are a question mark.

There are three plug-ins.  One is called the RMS board, the other two are VCA boards.

The RMS generates a DC control voltage by averaging the audio inputs.

The control voltage is applied to the VCA boards to control the output audio level.

My problem is no schematics for the plug-ins and no setup/alignment info for any of the adjustments.  Although they seem to work, it would be nice to know how these things should be setup.

Yes, thanks Carl I do have that one.

The only mention I have found stating the VCA and RMS schematics are available is by email from a fellow and the email address is missing.  Frustrating...

There are thumbnail images of both schematics but the resolution is way to low to get a clear image.

I have fixed a couple of these replacing chips but have no alignment procedure for the unit.
