Tried contacting Lefty Gomez. Then the site said:
"Unable to send e-mail"
Anyone know if that's the typical process?
I got the same response when I tried to contact Bruce @ DoggRadio...I posted a forum topic for him to contact me, but that was a few days ago...just so you know I think it's across the board...
The site email system has not been working properly, including the CONTACT function for the site admins. A fix for this is on the to do list.
Please keep in mind that the recent "upgrade" was not a simple tweak but was a major change in the system software and the helper applications. Getting all this to work together is a major effort.
The delayed or blocked posts and broken email are a result of this and nothing is being done by anyone to purposefully interfere with the posting on this forum.
Jon Paul is aware of most of the problems and is working diligently to correct them so please be patient as it takes time to diagnose and repair.

The idea of all the behind the scenes code writing and settings is very fascinating.
Too bad there is no way of opening it all to a curious audience to watch it being done on "the inside", but that's not a practical idea.
It would have to be a television program.
I am pleased (and cautious) to announce that the personal contact forms are now working again (a small but painful victory as we mop up after the system upgrade). Just a few more errors now and we should be good to go.
