anyone ever try this. there has been alot of talk about using 1710 lately on HB.net and the fact that 1710 is covered under 15.223.
anyone ever try this or think of trying this?
i can't try it here as ibuzz extends all the way up to 1710 here from a 1690 disney station.
i posed this question over at HB.net as well and decided to duplicate it here.

My take on 15.223 is that it refers to radiant transmission.
I see nothing in the wording that makes carrier current a subject included in 15.223.
