Can anybody tell me if a part 15 AM station can broadcast in AM Stereo? And if so, how do I and what are the choices?

Chris Cuff makes an AM stereo transmitter for Part-15 and they show up on Ebay from time to time. The old version was 20 mw, but his current version is 100 mw.
