Protesters and their hand-held cardboard signs will assemble two-blocks away in the roped free-speech zone on the rear parking lot of the tire and muffler company.
Signed notes from the Chairman will prove to the wives that you really were at this meeting.
Carl I think the signed notes needs to be put on the agenda.
These meetings of the ALPB remind me of the Johnny Carson Show that was seen on NBC-TV for so many years...
No relation to Johny Cole of Rag FM, Member of the ALPB.
Why does it remind me of it?
It's something my father said after watching the Carson Show night after night... he said, "It's a mutual admiration society."
And indeed, I noticed that Johnny always had the highest regard for his guests and they, of course, worshipped him.
The ALPB mettings are like that. Us members have nothing but praise and compliments for one another, and give each other awards.
At last night's meeting Chairman MRAM announced that Tim's Oompah Hour was linked at thealpb.com website, something that was agreed to unanimously. We raved for a minute or two about what a good show Tim does.
Jeff of Station8 was thanked for his tieless work gathering and submitting troves of LPB manuals and notes for thealpb.com, and for proof-reading and correcting massive link errors on Carl's "Blare OnAir Lite" download page at kdxradio.com.
Carl promised to follow through with submitting a "How To" instruction set for using Hans Van Zutphen's "Stereo Tool" software to achieve 125% asymetric AM modulation using capable transmitters, certainly including the SSTran Series, and likely the Rangemaster. It was agreed we would provide a chart of qualifying transmitters. It was thought the Talking House might not perform at such high level.
Johny Cole's tests with streaming video putting Rag FM on webcam have been successful, and Johny switched streaming services to an even better one.
New member Bob Carter of Midwest Engineering Services got curious when Carl mentioned two AM frequencies here in "Hometown, Homeland" have gone silent.
MRAM Bob is now on the air under an LPFM C.P. (Construction Permit) and can be heard at wcfi.listen2myradio.com from studios within sight of theTeamspeak Towers in Ohio.
Several signed notes were handed out for member alibies.
