Listen and you shall HEAR!!! Part 15 was originally meant for Short Range broadcasting this we can agree. The FCC when making the restrictive rules for part 15 may or may not have realized that a broadcast on 100 mW into a 3 meter antenna could carry quite far under certain conditions but rather they did or not we are legally able to use it.

Talks of hidden expectations of what our group may or may not do keep appearing in threads ever so cleverly so as to hopefully not attract attention from us but trust me it gets out to us while what should happen is these statements and questions need to have been posted on our web site NO? I know its a reversal of psychology tactic to lure us into posting secret info about our proposal to get to our enemies at the NAB so they have time to react in their secret meetings and maybe attempt to turn FCC agents against our goals.

Trying to get some Rock bands on board with our proposal as well so we can show the FCC that there is something wrong that needs fixing and we here at The New Radio Revolution are going to fix this issue OR DIE TRYING hence the phrase RIDE-OR-DIE!!

We are not in your way, and in fact this forum offers you a second outlet for your message, which makes us your ally.
As far as helping you, we certainly would if we knew what to do but we have different goals and ambitions that do not coincide with what you are trying to accomplish, but we wish you well and hope you succeed.
It would help your effort to use diplomacy.
Holding Part15_org responsible for your lack of progress makes no sense whatsoever.
Legacy....with all due respect all of us would like more range than we have....in the USA, or Canada, on AM and FM.
I am with you but as I told you a long time ago I am in Canada and can't do much from here except wish you well in getting change. But if I was in the USA here's what would turn me away.....first you are wanting things in your quest that have no chance in hell of ever happening.....you are not realistic. For example two miles to a certain type of radio and it HAS to be C QUAM ONLY?? Come on, rethink that. That's ridiculous. Some of the things you say like if album rock isn't offered in a certain market there should be a jail term for the owners of the stations?
You've been talking petition for what....3 years almost? and this is just continuing talk with nothing happening.
There was an election year when the congress people running for election would listen to you. You did nothing. I even informed you a little while back of an announcement that the FCC wanted to hear from the public and they WANTED TO HEAR FROM YOU but you did nothing. I've always been on your side...but....
You have to come to your senses and be more realistic in the change you want to see.
You have to be a moderate about this and not a radical in what you want to ask for and not suggest "crazy things", or you WILL die trying! And this is the best way I can say this.
