I haven't watched the video but recall the previous discussion that it might happen. I find it kind of shocking Canada choose to shut the service down, I really can't comprehend it, it just doesn't make sense to me and it's kind of sad. I wonder if it's a decision that they'll come to regret when an emergency situation happens
