The Main Page of this website contains a feeble attempt at describing what this website is all about. The 'feeble attempt' is understood by those of us who already know what this site is about, but in my opinion a newcomer not familiar with 'part 15' will find the description to be cryptic and meandering; a big fat turn-off. I myself, with experience in written communication have taken several swipes at writing a new front page introduction and submitting it to the webmaster (Artisan Radio), but find the task formidable even though the ultimate goal is to entice newcomers to awaken to a sleeping innate desire to speak into a microphone heard by radio listeners at distances often exceeding 600-feet. But, it is too soon time for lunch followed by my mid-day nap.

I actually did change it, but the changes disappeared shortly thereafter.  It may have been my fault, the original page might have been restored from a backup.  It's painful to rewrite something and keep the original intentions, and I will do it again, but so far I haven't gotten up the energy to do so.
