US and Canada TIS/HAR Stations

What stands out about this database this guy compiled is that it includes all the Canadian TIS/HAR stations too. But for some reason I was surprised to discover that Canada actually uses  the same regulatory terms as the US to describe them -- TIS (Travelers Information Stations) and HAR (Highway Advisory Radio). I guess there's really nothing surprising about it, but it made me tilt my head for some reason.
