Very often the individuals who get their names in the news are found to have written a 'Manifesto', a declaration of their world changing objectives. Should Part15org have a 'Manifesto'? Do you as a person or as a radio station have a manifesto?
Are those who publish manifestos considered to be suspicious and possibly dangerous?
If I wrote a manifesto it might say, "Keep the Status Quo the Way It Is".

My manifesto for my station is to get off my ass and get something back on the air.
