Interesting,maybe going online only? some good deals there something to keep an eye on.
I've been a regular customer of mail order Radio Shack. I see today they've now put 60 kiosk stores into Hobby Town stores? They call them "Radio Shack Express". The ad I got says they'll have tools, solder, parts, components, batteries and more. I'm wondering if these kiosks will be available to put into other stores or if it's an exclusive deal with Hobby Town? I could see adding this to my record store, since there are no parts available for about 70 miles around.
And I also see that "Authorized Radio Shack Dealers" still exist too.
The the Rs store about 30 miles away was getting ready to close they had parts on closeout at 90% off if you bought over $100 worth. I bought it all. They wouldn't sell me the component drawer cabinets, so I have big Radio Shack bags full of parts hanging on nails in my basement, LOL.
