Along the same line, here's a podcast from "Dave's Disney View" about the several low power AM stations Disney World used, and has several audio clips of those broadcast recorded from the car radios at the time (1970s-1990s). I dont think he ever mentions them a being part 15, but that's what those stations were. Worth a listen.
