This seems to be near where Artisan used to be and does pretty good with a part 15 transmitter.

That station has been gone for quite a while.  The page also has numerous errors in fact about Canadian regulations.  His range is consistent, however, with what can be expected using BETS or the old RSS210 (which allowed the same field strength as BETS).

But he's still there....there's the icon with his station and clicking on that gets the stream.

The text says that he's in the Bay area (SF). Maybe I'll try to listen in to the station next time I'm in downtown Vancouver.
