In addition to being a Part 15 radio hobbyist, I am into railroad simulation games and a serious railfan of the train industry. In fact I often listen to radio communications coming from a nearby railyard up on the VHF utility bands above FM. There are several rail industry podcasts that I carry on KDX and there are serious safety issues involving train lengths and working conditions.
