What is his user name. I can't seem to find his email address in the user list. He can also contact me via the Forum.
Everything looked OK in his account. I'm assuming that he might have forgotten his password, so sent him a password reset link. If that doesn't do the trick, let me know.

I got past the sentry! Don't say anything; I think I got away with it.
So the site doesn't like my VPN. I think that's the culprit. Couldn't log on again today and when I turned it off it worked well.
I'll look into that for you. I know that when I use my VPN, it forces me to log in and uses a captcha. It's a pain, so I generally don't use a VPN (and many other sites just block you anyway if you use a VPN).
But that behavior is definitely not what we want here, and I'm not sure if it's the site itself, or the computer network that it's hosted on.
I believe you have my e-mail. If you can send me a screenshot of an attempt to login and what your IP address is using the VPN, then it can be investigated further. There should be no reason for a lockout if you're using a VPN - you might see a captcha, but that's it.
Oh, and there's a 48 hour window in which we can look at it, so if you do want to find out why (I'd like to), you should trying logging on with the VPN and immediately send me the info.
The only reason I can think that this is happening is that somehow the particular IP your VPN is using has been blacklisted.
