There have been some interesting discussions here about AI, and how it really doesn't think, and isn't intelligent at all.
I have to admit I may be changing my mind about that. After all, when I look at what has and is happening round with the world this day, I don't see much intelligence. As Monty Python put it:
"...And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere out in space,'Cause there's bugger all down here on Earth!"
After all, how can beings with the apparent IQ of turnips (i.e., us) evaluate the real intelligence potential of computers and AI?
I don't think it has intelligenc, but do believe it could be used for nefarious purposes on a wide scale basis. You know, with governments behind the wheel. Or if not that, AI has potential to wreak havoc from people trusting it too much...

This is extremely bad.

I mean, who's brilliant idea was it to give it a try in the first place?
And now we have AI designing their own proccessing chips....
