KDX Worldround Radio from the Internet Building in the Center of North America just carried Quartet K. 493 by Mozart performed at the Opening of the Daniel Barenboim Concert Hall in Berlin, Germany, for tonight's final concert of the 26 program series of Deutsche-Welle Festival Concerts.
Next week in this time period begins a 13-week series "Live From Carnegie Hall" from New York City.
The sun is going down out on our campus and Henry Morgan will be coming on later with one of his rants from the 1940s.
Our website at kdxradio.com was closed today to mark my growing disenchantment with websites and online streaming, this being the final day of our 9th Year On the Air.
Tomorrow KDX will be 10 Years Old!
In the middle of another music show....right now, at 3:58 PM on 6/1/2017, it's "History Repeating" by Propellerheads ft. Shirley Bassey (yes, THAT Shirley Bassey). 🙂
The Great Gildersleeve
Right now on 1650 AM, it's the "Sunday Chill Session". At the moment, 4:06 PM Eastern on 6/11/2017, I'm playing "I Don't Wanna Know" by Mario Winans ft. P. Diddy. 🙂
by Steely Dan.
Hosts Ian and Mark are discussing the Pledge of Allegiance. A grade school student somewhere was sent to the principal for refusing to say the Pledge along with the rest of the class. The young man's mother is now suing the school.

Once again Ian and Mark are taking phone calls on "Free Talk Live" but I haven't been paying attention and have no idea what they're talking about.
At 12 Noon Amy Goodman will be talking with author Naomi Klein about her new book "No Is Not Enough" which has also been recently featured on TUC Radio with Maria Gilardin.
At 1 PM the San Francisco Symphony will appear the second to the last time on KDX as my affiliation with the Fine Arts Network expires at the end of the month and I've chosen not to renew.
Also June 30 will be the end of streaming for KDX as we shrink to yardcasting with talk programming I can ignore.
Superman
DHR said "Superman"
That could be a song by Donovan or the Movie Theme by John Williams.
Come to think of it maybe it's a reference to me.
The "Adventures of Superman" but it still could be you.
The Democracy Now program is explaining "emoluments".
Something else happened just earlier...
I experimented with running stream links on Zara and found that Zara only connects to stream links that contain the prefix [http://] in the stream address.
Write that down in your manual.
