I'm excited about this week of programming.
We continue to carry Billboard Hits (and Misses, i.e., Lost Jukebox) from the 1950s to the 1970s, Vintage Jazz from the 1920s to the 1950s, as well as New Wave music primarily from the 1980s. All voice tracked.

During our 5PM Pacific (8PM Eastern) DJ time slot, we'll have the following:
- Monday - Wilson Beach Radio. California special. Music from The Beach Boys, Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, Jan & Dean, The Honeys, Glen Campbell and more.
- Tuesday - Teenage Dreams. A new show (#32), featuring obscure songs from Janie Horton, Skip & Flip, Johnny Rivers, Dodie Stevens and lots more.
- Wednesday - Beautiful Sounds. A mix of easy listening, middle-of-the-road, soft rock, now sounds, and beautiful instrumentals. Songs by Helen Reddy, Billy Joel, Neil Diamond, Steve Lawrence & Eydie Gorme, Dusty Springfield, Astrud Gilberto, and more.
- Thursday - Surfin' The New Wave. Covers Special. New wave artists, including The Yellow Magic Orchestra, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Stranglers, Devo (and more) cover 1960s hits.
- Friday - Rock Around The Rockpile. Music from Rockpile, Nick Lowe, Dave Edmunds and friends, including Brinsley Schwarz, Dion, The Flamin’ Groovies, John Hiatt, Elvis Costello and more.
These shows are repeated Saturdays and Sundays at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM and 5PM Pacific respectively.
We also play Sherlock Holmes OTR at 9PM Pacific (Midnight Eastern) Monday through Friday, and VOA news at the top of each hour.
And starting in the near future, we'll be featuring Blare On Air, a series of shows featuring the insights of member Carl Blare. Schedule TBD.
