This Retekess Chinese transmitter just a rebranded CZH is actually being sold in stores here in Canada by Long and Macquade music stores..... actually in the stores, not just online. It states FCC part 15 and RSS-210(Canada) compliant. I checked into it and no number is on the product and nothing is in the REL look up or the FCC website. No transmitter operating at 1 to 6 watts with 2 km advertised range is legal license free. Wonder how they can get away with this!
The only certification this could have is RSS-123 and that's for special events and needs a license. And even then it's one watt only.
