Good info.....here's the problem, why do so many things come with only 2 pronged plugs and not the 3rd ground? A/C adaptor wall warts all should come with the 3rd(ground). This would also give an indoor install AM transmitter a ground path from the adaptor.

Doesn't make sense to have 3 prong outlets with the earth ground and things just coming with 2 prong cords with no ground.

'Cause neutral and ground are the same thing.  Only necessary for items with metal cases, around water, etc.  Kind of an oversimplification, but here:
