    Transition
I had no trouble logging onto http://www.fcc.gov . The site is now in a transition between the previous site format and the new one that is in the process of being built.

I clicked on the link to fcc.gov in my previous post, and the web site appeared without any trouble. If the web site comes up, to get the previous format of fcc.gov, click on the appropriate link.

        The Problem Relates to DynDNS
The inability I’m having connecting to fcc.gov relates to the Dynamic DNS service which converts my IP number into a name.

Somehow a secondary feature is enabled known as “Internet Guide.” It is a thing that decides whether websites are acceptable.

Going to the website of dyndns.com tells me “internet guide” is enabled.

But when I go to “settings” it says I do not have “internet guide” in my account.

        Yuck.

Well at least we’re not blocked!
          I’d contact your ISP.
