Call Letters WiFi

March 27, 2011 by Carl Blare

There actually is a WIFI, located in Florence NJ with 5kW day/500W night. Even though it’s practically within sight of New York City, it’s pattern is directed out to the Atlantic. But it is not silent.

    “That would be…”
    Carl,

In today’s parlance that would be “5-G” during the day and “0.5-G” at night. Maybe you could listen on your new portable device with your new AM BCB app.

      Need To Be Set Straight
You know, I am ignorant, because I’ve ignored so many web developments. I sort of get what twitting is, but not a tweet or a twit. There must be a reason friend websites are different than just e-mail, but I have no clue. Androids are an organ of the body sensitive to nuclear dust, or maybe not. Apps? Abbreviation of application, true? To apply what, to when and where.

Even “blog,” a web log, seems to be more than one logger’s words, the definition also seems to include a means for others to log in and blog to the blogger. Couldn’t there be an app that let’s someone tweet in their blog?

I’m reluctant to become smart enough to know what I’m talking about.
