Hello, I tried this design and noticed though it worked quite well, at least mine had some issues. at first the frequency was a little unstable and the audio input to pin 4 didn’t work properly (at some point it didn’t even work at all), so the audio came out quite distorted.
What I did to improve this situation was taking the audio input off from pin 4 and wired it to the primary of a small transformer with the secondary connected in series with the power supply. This gave me better audio quality.
R1 and R2 are now adjustable.
Also, connected a radio tuning capacitor between the antenna and ground, this gives some stability and a little bit of optional tuning.
