“We are here to inspect your home. We don’t need a search warrant. You are not compliant with Agenda 21. Your home is condemned and you are evicted effective at once.”

    That Agenda 21?

    Not Enough
Yeah they want everyone to live in pretty pink houses surrounded by white picket fences, two trees and a garden of Venus fly traps.

      Illegal Fence
The picket fence must be white plastic.

        A Reminder
This site’s primary purpose is to encourage and support Part 15 radio. While this type of political posting may be very important and you see a need to share it this forum is not provided for this purpose.

Such postings, if frequent, dilute the purpose of this board and make it confusing for visitors and others seeking dialogue on the subject of Part 15 radio. Consider this when you want to post such material.

Part15.us is Not a Part 15 Radio Station
This website is highly valuable for a very novel art/hobby/profession known as “part 15 unlicensed radio”. I believe that some of us sometime think we are doing a part 15 radio program, and forget that this website is really meant to be ABOUT part 15 broadcasting and is not an ongoing part 15 broadcast. It’s a mistake I make all the time.

The solution is to come here for tips on the best lubricating oil to use to get the part 15 transmitter tweaked right up to the max, then go on the air, on the microphone, and speak to the neighborhood community about the big world problems that we find important.

There are no rules about what can be said on a part 15 radio station. But it is reasonable that there are rules for part15.us, otherwise the name becomes inadequate. It would have to be called blab_away.us.

But there’s always the other hand. If we could demonstrate a connection between, say, agenda 21 and part 15, THEN it would be something to raise.

if some of these evil doers
if some of these evil doers have their way not only will there not be part 15 radio but not much other freedoms we take for granted.

i keep these and the free energy postings on the blogs and put my part 15 related thoughts in the main forums.

my opinion and the many different blogs i have seen over the years is the blogs are and should be for anything part 15 or non part 15 and the forums are for pure part 15 tech discussion.

there are a couple on here who i know run content on their stations about stuff like agenda 21 and to be kept up to date on this kind of danger to our sovereignty and freedom is invaluable.

so it can be looked at as some content ideas for part 15 stations who run this type of content.

            AHHHHH, THEY’RE HERE!!!
Neil makes a valid point. The discussions as of late are really off the wall with no connection to this forums intent. Perhaps it’s time for each of us to review policy.

“The blue print for NWO and total control complete text straight from UN” – take it somewhere else please.

I understand your fears but this is not the place.

“Maybe then the site should have an area for political discussions relating specifically to the radio industry.”

Maybe, but I fail to see how the “NWO” or “former canada prime minister admits usa ufo coverup” or “excuse me. what’s that mr romney?” or “Magnetic levitation high speed train” or “Don’t Talk to police” or “Is Social Security dying a fast death?” or “It Is Now Mathematically Impossible To Pay Off The U.S. National Debt” or “Political Fasting or Internship” or “i’m sick and tired of the politics!!!!” or “some more ominous threats to our freedoms (this one is a real threat of highest order)” or “Time sensitive: vote to overturn NDAA detention provision” or “Jesse Ventura – Conspiracy Theory – FEMA Camps” fit this forum.

It’s one thing to discuss FCC current affairs or local government trying to legislate radio enforcement and quite another to bring up world domination or who’s running for president.

I’d much rather discuss programming technique, studio equipment or antenna experimentation.

Take the demons to some other forum, please.

well apparently according to a few people on hb.net and here I’m pi$$ing people off. i apparently not able to make a post anymore that doesn’t annoy people no matter how innocuous the posting. in hb.net everything even where i post annoys people.

i guess even why free energy posts annoy people so given that I’m considering not posting anymore.

apparently im an annoyance and only my gf can put up with me as i have no friends even locally here.

            kc8gpd is welcome
            I enjoy your postings, kc8gpd.

I know what you are saying and I have many of the same concerns.

What I hope you do is stay put as a part 15 member, don’t go away.

Do you remember when you were posting about the problems of getting decent grounding and range from an indoor setup?

I became so interested in those problems, that I am now doing experiments to find solutions for indoor antennas and grounds.

The solution to posting about large politics and world problems, is to show how it links to part 15 radio.

            Where Is The Difference
“It’s one thing to discuss FCC current affairs or local government trying to legislate radio enforcement and quite another to bring up world domination or who’s running for president.”

You do realize that eventually the president, congress member, governor and down to local officials all in the end do have a hand in legislation of radio.

Maybe a much wider prospective (less tunnel vision) might help some realize that fact. And maybe even realize that those very ones everyone keeps putting so much trust into are the very ones who ruined radio, along with many other things in our lives, and have absolutely no interest or intent on helping us out here. Yes that includes YOU too.

Some of you here are retired after decades of putting in blood sweat and tears to enjoy that nice quiet retired life. Even you retired folks are directly impacted by these politicians who don’t give a darn about you, me or anyone else. They are already filthy rich and spend millions of other people’s money to get into an office that doesn’t even pay a fraction of the total spent on getting into that office. And people think they are there for our sake?

Just look at what consolidation policy has done to the radio industry alone, let alone the rest of the industrial might this nation used to have but a mere 30 years ago. Now we don’t make anything but paper clips and toothpicks. We don’t even have American made American flags in our stores!

Martian Luther King’s statue recently put up is not even made with American stone, nor was it sculpted by American stone cutters!

Eventually these crooks will go after your retirement too…if they have not already through some bogus tax loophole or benefit policy change or SSI fork in the road.

They have more control over you and I than we think. In many ways that most would not think they could use. But they do.

“You do realize that eventually the president, congress member, governor and down to local officials all in the end do have a hand in legislation of radio.”

Yes, I do realize it could happen that way. And I agree with some of your thoughts. But as Neil pointed out this is not the place to discuss it. Perhaps a FaceBook Conspiricy page.

I would not be surprised if this thread is soon locked.

            Could Happen?
“Yes, I do realize it could happen that way.”

Not could, it does happen that way. The president appoints the commission chair, like the just recently appointed Ajit Pai till 2016.

Could happen that way? It already happens that way, and has happened that way since the act in 1936. I mean who do you think makes up the commission in the first place and who puts those appointed people there? Us citizens with a vote? Nope!

about politics and government now since this will be the last thread on these subjects that will remain posted.

            It Just Makes Sense
The policy of making part15.us a website concerned with Part 15 radio broadcasting is a matter of being true to the name, “part15”, that is.

And as a part 15 radio broadcaster, I’d say, we need it. We need the dedicated website on part 15 topics.

But I enjoy hearing wide ranging points of view, it’s what I put on the radio on my station. It’s what I listen for on other stations.

So let me extend an invitation to those with messages and ideas that are not related to part 15…

Contact me and I will welcome you on the Low Power Hour, where we can hear what you want to say. It could be fun.

            This Guy Is Amazing…
Carl, that’s a great idea. With your subtle sense of humor, these topics would make great entertainment.

You could be the Jerry Springer of Part 15 radio. Get two people with opposite views and let them duke it out.

With you in the middle trying to referee the match the dynamics of the conversation would be a hit.

            You’ll need a gong.

Carl, I like the way you think…

Thank you MRAM 1500. I like the Jerry Springers where people tried to bat each other with chairs. I will have a chair available.

I’ve always wanted a gong. Do they have those on eBay?

“You could be the Jerry Springer of Part 15 radio. Get two people with opposite views and let them duke it out.”

It certainly would rake in the ratings..and perhaps last a few years in syndication.

Carl, you could create a whole new program based on that idea.

I bet it will be a huge hit!

Maybe then the site should have an area for political discussions relating specifically to the radio industry.

Like it or not, politics is involved in EVERYTHING in the USA, especially radio. What happens when a high profile case or event or rule making that is politically driven start to make people chit chat about it here?

I’m not saying let’s turn Part15.us into a political riff raff..enough of that already all around us. But no one can deny that politics is heavily involved in radio and directly affects each of us regardless of your status in the workforce or recliner.

If it’s radio related..I don’t see why there is not a place for it in a radio forum.
