AM Rado Legend I want to see what your tests show in Range. Its a system easily workable and one can easily put the Range Extender in a place with few obstructions and bury the coax if the need to. We need people like you who are willing to do the reports and or videos of the actual Range.
Time to Rejoice.
Oh and while I brought up Interference it would not hurt (If you know how to build or where to buy) a filter that goes from 1.8-7 to 10 Mhz. My broadcast engineer friend and I have tested the Talking House and saw plenty of harmonics going into the Ham band and SW bands almost as far as the fundamental frequency. I’ve mentioned this and still n…[Read more]
Well for years people thought the final stage of the transmitter meant the final transistor and that was what everyone was going by thus we saw waterproof transmitters with their audio or power lines going up a 20 Ft pole to the transmitter.
Talking Sign had an ATU/transmitter configuration whereas the transmitter was inside the house and the…[Read more]
I have had a good time listening to Russia on 40 meter ham around 7147. I heard it the other day my Tecsun Pl-365 and I will tell you that today is digital processing the side band does not have that weird sound of the drift of the clarifier. Once you get it locked in it stays locked in and sounds real good. On Side Band a lot of the noise that…[Read more]
W9LWA I saw you on The Initiative (The New Radio Revolution) and sent you the secret Elite Pasword so you can see some of the previous rough draft petitions we were working on.
At first it was FM but after finding this would never fly we switched gears to AM (Since its a dying band) and Short Wave looking for 2 miles at 40 dbuV to a Tecsun PL-380…[Read more]
I’m trying to study for my Ham License in case that did happen and because I’d at least like a 2 meter rig someday. But a Ham License is NO guarantee that some jerk won’t start fights, swear, jam. I called the FCC a few days ago on K9RSY because he was drunk and starting fights ad swearing and he took over 7200 Khz when a QSO is going on.
The l…[Read more]
Very well here are a few:
Part 15 section 236 allows for Wireless nics and those Wireless headphone transmitters to operate between 76-88 Mhz at 50 mW. So why when people are getting NOUO`s for 87.7 Mhz nothing is mentioned about wireless microphones are Wireless transmitters that are certified for operation down there at 50 milliwatts.
Look being that I am legally blind I might not be able to go but here is the things I would like to see brought up.
Since the am broadcast band is a dying band and many broadcasters are leaving it I would like to propose 1622 1700 kilohertz in areas where the frequencies are blank becoming a hobby broadcast area officially and allowing up to 10…[Read more]
I’m sure it can give you a guesstimate of what your Range is going to be like. But I say there is nothing morre realistic than a demonstration in particular a video of what your Range is.
Even some folks who wanted to narc on a Pirate used a video on youtube when describing the reception quality of the Pirate Radio station like the one a…[Read more]
Lol he just don’t get it. We want to see and HEAR REAL WORLD Range tests as I have described. With and Without the Terk AM Advantage Loop sold on Ebay for $52 as myself has proven time and again your range WILL TRAVEL 2.5 MILES TO A GOOD RECEIVER!! So the first thing we have to get our listeners to understand is that their Radios are the is…[Read more]
Honestly a telescopic antenna for AM? No ATU and 1,3,5 Mhz? 3 and 5 Mhz is useless. 1 Mhz is 1000 Khz so your talking something (if you had a blank frequency) that may transmit 10 feet. Never mind about certification your going absolutely Nowhere with this piece of junk toy transmitter. Really a planet DJ toy will go further than this thin…[Read more]
Good to see the antenna is aluminum like the Procaster is.
I’m also seeing some differences in the way this new ATU looks as well. The old one did not have a see through case and the antenna was a stainless steel whip which does not have the came electrical characteristics as aluminum does. I’m sure that in and of itself will give more R…[Read more]

I could have brought my other radio but I didn’t have the batteries fully charged as I had been using it as a monitor the whole day. And the fact that it is a little difficult holding the radio to the loop although I could have brought it with me as a demo.
This very same video I posted on the Deltaville Virginia Facebook page. Lots of people who…[Read more]

<b>Here is concrete evidence that a Part 15 compliant transmitter can be received 1 1/4 miles away if you tell all your listeners to buy this loop. Note NO FCC RULES WERE VIOLATED and if wood be Hobby Broadcasters do as I did and post this to your village’s Facebook page you’ll have plenty of listeners and donations (If you play the right…[Read more]
Ouch and to think mobile black box was a very popular transmitter. I’ve heard them talked about on many different boards whereas people use them and like you said they did get out a good 4 to 5 miles at times. This is with the stupid little antenna that came with it now imagine what would happen if someone hooked up an outside antenna now you’re…[Read more]
