Because they don’t know the words…..
Yeah that was a terrible joke I know, you know what else is terrible?? Hum on an otherwise clean sounding AM CC signal. I am trying to find the cause.

What i have tried so far: replaced the jumper behind the L + R audio inputs that bypasses grounding through the power supply, tried a different audio cord and different inductor settings.
I was able to reduce the hum but not eliminate it.
The next thing to try i guess is the double extension cords RFB mentioned.
We do not have an extra 220 v outlet here otherwise i would try what Radio8z mentioned. The only 220v lines here are the water heater,stove and clothes dryer.
And i just thought about this, perhaps i should try a different music source as well, since the computer i use for automation is on the same line as the extension cord but on separate outlets.
Signal strength?? Sounds strong here in the house but i have not had a chance to try it outside away from the house. Maybe tomorrow.
