does anyone know if this tx was among the list of part 15 Certified FM tx’s that exceeded part 15.239?

its no longer available and seems to get out exceptionally well to my grundig g5 portable radio. goes slightly over 1/4 mile. my estimation is about 2000ft through trees and buildings from being mounted 10ft above ground.

Friend of mine had one and simply put it in the window with the wire hanging out on the 2nd floor of his house. Thing transmitted for 3 blocks clear and in full rich stereo.
Miss them more relaxed rule days. Shame it was all chopped up to practically nothing by the efforts of scared big boy power houses.
