Source: The ALPB Forums News Column…

The U.S. Senate has declared July 30th National Whistle Blower Day.

    Today IS July 30th.

If you are a whistleblower you are subject to arrest, torture, and imprisonment for the better part of your natural life.

Seems Hitler made that a national pastime.

Are we talking praising or prosecuting whistleblowers?

    I’m staying on topic here…

Look, even the ads on the right are staying on topic for the moment.

Well, since I don’t remember how to post a screen shot — when I was reading this thread the ad on the right was for “Uniforms” that showed a sexy young lady in knee high socks and a rather naughty outfit, suggesting that if I clicked there I would be able to shop for “uniforms”. So out of curiosity I clicked (taking the risk that I would be inundated with such ads forever) and let me just say, they weren’t selling any uniforms that anyone would be wearing to work or school, unless of course they were models for an adult website!

As for Whistle Blower Day there’s a whole page for it — in fact, several…

After scrounging and rummaging through drawers and boxes I can’t find my whistle.

Perhaps at the next ALPB meeting we can discuss offering whistles in the ALPB Store.

I never see the ads for little uniforms because ad blocker.
