I’m not sure I understand the article completely but it does imply to me that radio stations would soon be able to have multiple operators sharing different formats at different times.
if that’s what this means it could be an interesting way to go in the United States where as hobbyoperators in a local area could have some air time. We’ll just see how this pans out.
somehow I’m not sure what this article is trying to say because I ran it through the speech synthesizer and still trying to get a grasp on it.
