Something i have been kicking around lately is the idea of creating a sign or bumper sticker to advertise Blue Bucket Radio which in turn will drum up listeners.
If i was going to do this, i would have a sign shop make a sign that goes in our yard, kind of like those annoying political posters with rods that anchor the sign in the dirt.
Besides word of mouth, how have you advertised your station to bring listeners to your end of the dial?

How would you tell them only in this little area where you live.
Do you have a community mail box where you are? that’s what I do to advertise mine….a poster on the mail box up the street.

Not around here we don’t, everyone has their own mailbox in front of their homes, but there are a couple of mom & pop stores that would probably let me advertise on their shop windows.
They are just on the edge of my fringe coverage.

That is if it is still in your signal range enough that they would get it in the store.
Thre’s a little variety store further up the street from the mail box but out of range unless they had a HI-FI receiver in there.
