Hello guys. Any ideas regarding where I can purchase a reasonably priced antenna mast mount? Appreciate any feedback.

Total posts : 45366Next to finding one from a vendor on the web, probably your best bet would be either Radio Shack or a hardware store, or if one still exists in your area, an electronics supply store.
And then you could get creative and just build one from salvaged chain link fence poles.

Total posts : 45366When I found current prices for mast pipe higher than I cared for($15 to $25), I went to Home Depot and bought a 10 foot chain link fence top rail for about $6.
Seemed a bit more flexible, maybe a slightly thinner wall?
I put up an FM 5/8 wave ground plane using the fence top rail and a roof mount tripod. It’s made it through a couple pretty good storms so for the price I think I may have a winner.
